Returns Policy

- There are no cash refunds.

- If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, you must contact our customer service department at 1-800-536-8893 (M-F 9am-4pm CST) within 5 business days of receipt of the order and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

- Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA shown on the outside of the package being returned.

- All items being returned must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of the RMA number.

- There are no cash refunds. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for good merchandise of equal value only. Other items may be exchanged for same-item only. Exchanged items must be in “as-new” condition (not worn or washed), in original packaging.

-Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns and exchanges.


Shipping

Notice: Shipping costs are based on actual weight and ship zone, therefore, your shipping charges are unknown until the order is processed.

Shipping charges and appropriate sales taxes will be added prior to shipping.

We try to ship all orders 2-3 Business days after receiving orders. If you have any questions concerning shipping, please call 847-543-0051.

We usually ship via UPS (Once we ship, it is up to UPS to deliver per their guidelines). Per UPS.com, UPS Shipping Terms:

1) UPS Ground = Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days based upon distance to destination.

2) UPS 2nd Day Air® = Typically, delivery by the end of the second business day.

3) UPS Next Day Air® = Typically, next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.



International Customers: We specialize in shipping to locations around the globe. Orders shipping outside the U.S. must ignore the shipping charges listed in the shopping cart. Actual shipping charges for International orders will be manually added with a second charge at time of shipment. International Orders usually ship POSTAL to keep your shipping costs down.
